Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty

Our parts come with a standard 90-day warranty, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Coverage Details

This warranty covers the part itself. In the event of a defect within the warranty period, we will replace the part for free. If a replacement part is not available, we will refund the original purchase price of the part.

What is Not Covered

This warranty is limited to the part only and does not cover labor costs, installation fees, or shipping fees.

Claim Verification

All warranty claims must be verified. A formal report from a certified mechanic detailing the defect is required to initiate a warranty claim. We reserve the right to inspect the part before a claim is approved.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Once an order is placed, please allow up to 5 business days for processing, verification, and shipment.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery times are estimated between 7-10 business days after your order has shipped. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees; delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Return & Refund Policy

Cancellations & Restocking Fee

Once an order is placed, any cancellation will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Any upfront deposit charged at the time of order is totally non-refundable.

Returns After Shipment

If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges in addition to the 30% restocking fee. All returns must be initiated within 15 days of placing the original order.

Condition for Returns

Returns for shipped items will only be accepted if the part has not been used or installed. The part must be in its original, unused condition.

Refusal of Refund

Stark Engines & Transmissions LLC reserves all rights to refuse a refund if the part has been installed, used, or damaged. If a part has been installed, it is no longer eligible for a refund and will be handled under our Warranty Policy, if applicable.

I made some changes. I moved the line of code that adds the click listener to your mobile menu button *inside* the `DOMContentLoaded` event listener. This fixes the error by ensuring the code doesn't run until the button actually exists on the page.
